Returns
If our product has not met your expectations or you have changed your mind, you have the option to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
What are the conditions of return?
1. Poom will accept the return of your purchase if:
a) The packaging and its contents have remained intact and unopened.
b) The products that have been unpacked from their original packaging only to inspect the goods but otherwise remain intact. This provision indicates that the customer has the right to inspect the ordered product, but may not use it.
2. Poom will refund the price at which the goods were sold by transfer to a bank account or by electronic means of payment within 14 days of delivery. This applies to points 1a and 1b.
3. Poom is not obliged to accept products which have been used by the customer, which are damaged and which bear visible traces of use.
Warranty
All products offered by Poom are covered by the warranty law. This is the seller's liability for the goods sold for 2 years from the time of delivery.
It is possible to claim any goods sold by Poom under the warranty that are found to be faulty within a period of up to 2 years.
Under the warranty you have the option to:
- Repair the defect,
- Replace the goods,
- Withdrawal from the purchase contract (only when the product defect prevents the further use of the goods)
What is not covered by the warranty complaint?
Any defects and damage arising more than 2 years after the delivery of the product.
Any damage and defects arising due to: improper care, improper use, incorrect installation (failure to follow the installation instructions and the use of improper tools), and improper storage of products.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by failure to comply with the Poom guidelines, which are included and supplied with the ordered goods.
Complaint
The legal basis for a complaint is the warranty provided by Poom for all products sold, valid for 2 years from the time of delivery to the customer.

To make a complaint, please prepare the following documents:
• A reliable proof of the conclusion of the sales contract (receipt, payment confirmation, invoice)
• Your contact details and the address to which the order was delivered
• The exact reason for the complaint, a detailed description and a photo in jpg format
It takes up to 14 days for our support team to process your complaint, during which time we will thoroughly review your case and make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible.
